Addiction Treatment Counselor (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC) (Multiple Openings)

Job Summary:
The Couselor supports the implementation of regulatory standards in inpatient withdrawal, stabilization, and outpatient rehabilitation programs. This role ensures high-quality client care while adhering to state and federal guidelines and supporting the organization’s mission within the recovery community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a client caseload, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and follow up on continued stay requests.
• Coordinate with legal systems for necessary court orders and documentation.
• Complete behavioral assessments, success plans, and weekly drug court reports.
• Conduct lethality assessments and develop safety plans when necessary.
• Assist clients with public assistance applications and housing referrals.
• Oversee client discharge processes and extensions of treatment stays as needed.
• Conduct weekly individual and group counseling sessions.
• Assist in intake assessments and develop treatment plans under supervision.
• Support utilization reviews and skills-based workshops for chemical dependency.
• Assist with incident reporting, case conferences, and clinical reviews.
• Record client data in tracking systems and monitor toxicology testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
