We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is interested in a permanent position in Brooklyn, NY. The NP will provide high quality medical care to adult & pediatric patients on a scheduled and unscheduled basis. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits, including NHSC student loan repayment.

Responsibilities
- Provides high quality health care screening through interview and examination of adult & pediatric patients
- Chart review
- Works with the other members of the medical team to promote and maintain high quality medical care for the patients.
- Participates in telephone on-call schedule as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- BC/BE preferred
- 8:30a-430p 4 days per week; 12p-8p 1 day per week; 1 Saturday per month
- FQHC experience is a plus
- Experience and/or training in a community health center setting
