CliniVoy Infusion Care provides therapeutic, intravenous infusions to outpatients. Infusions include biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapy. Other services include medication injections and IV Hydration
Position Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. The HR Coordinator handles day-to-day employee engagement and requests and communications. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers phones for the HR department.
- Handles employment application intake.
- Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance.
- Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Performs customer service by answering employee requests and questions.
- Address employee concerns and escalate to HR Manager when necessary.
- Maintain and update human resources reports, such as license trackers, organizational charts, and other documents are requested.
- Schedule of conduct new-employee orientations.
- Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
- Prepare job postings.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the HR Manager.
- Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow-up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
- Responds to reference checks and verifications of employment status.
- Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Assists with Payroll and Timekeeping functions as requested.
- Assists with processing of terminations.
- Assist with the preparation of performance review process.
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
- Assists the manager with HR projects as requested.
- Assists with benefits administration as requested.
- Make photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
- Assists with maintaining employee recognition platform, and various HR engagement initiatives as requested.

Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: SHRM-CP or PHR certifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Technical & Specialized Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and procedures (e.g., pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development)
Behavioral Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Standard office environment
- Occasional travel within Southern California may be required.
- Full-time position with standard business hours; flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods is expected.

Job Type: Part-time contract
Salary: $24-$28 an hour
Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
