Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Contribute to the design of local Engineering strategies and system improvements.
- Lead Capex Investment and site improvement projects, integrating performance metrics into production processes.
- Provide operational and technical support for manufacturing software systems and hardware within the Fragrances and Flavors division.
- Utilize data analytics to support project activities, including data acquisition, analysis, and automated report generation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements using LEAN and Industrial Engineering techniques.
- Lead the implementation of new systems and equipment, including testing, training, and documentation updates.
- Coach and train operators on equipment operation, setup, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 3-5 Years of experience in engineering/automation, system integration and project management
- Strong knowledge of ERP and MES systems
- PLC programming (GE) and IT architecture knowledge
- Solid foundation of continuous improvement methodology
- Strong data analytic skills and experience with automated manufacturing systems.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively at various organizational levels and with vendors.
Must be able to work on-site.
