Insurance Office Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to service a branch of our insurance office.
Position Details :
Location : Lebanon, Illinois
Hours : Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
Compensation : Based on experience
Potential : This opportunity could lead to a full-time, permanent position
Responsibilities Include :
Assisting existing customers with payments, policy changes, claims, and general servicing
Quoting and adding additional policies as needed
No cold calling required
Requirements :
Must have a Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain one
Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus
