Primary Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts
- Assist and lead all inventory and ISO audits
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and / or adjustments, and work with appropriate teams to prevent future occurrences
- Utilize inventory reports to analyze and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate, enter, inspect, and track all returns to ensure inventory records are accurate
- Efficiently and safely operate machinery and equipment to help the receiving team unload and put away incoming inventory in the proper locations
- Oversee and assist with receiving inventory into the system and confirm accuracy of material against the purchase order, including material certifications
- Responsible for all transfer orders, conversion orders, and scrap, including adjustments, scanning, weighing, and shipping
- Recommend any inventory process / procedure changes or improvements to management to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
- Other duties and projects as assigned
