Director of Concessions/Food & Beverage Job Description
- Reports directly to the General Manager -
CONCESSIONS:
- Keep all concession stands and beer stands fully stocked, cleaned, and maintained for all events at the facility.
- Order, stock, and handle all deliveries for concessions products.
- Abide by all applicable health regulations.
- ServSafe certified (or ability to obtain certification)
- Update inventory by submitting monthly reports.
- Complete inventory of all stands before and after all events.
- Maintain database of concession sales.
- Assist in the completion of reports after games and other events.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage concessions and wait staff.
- Set-up and oversee picnic areas.
- Keep track of prices and products on the Talech website.
GENERAL OPERATIONS:
- Assist in hiring all employees.
- Assist in preparing facilities, including stocking stands, distributing money, prepping picnics, etc.
- Assist in player and/or mascot appearances if needed.
- Conduct sales calls for sponsorships, tickets, parties, etc.
- Be on call to assist groundskeeper with tarp pulls and field maintenance.
- Assist in overall operations of the ball club such as home games, non-game events, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 or 4 year degree in food service management or related experience
- Must be able to work and communicate well with others
- Ability to work long hours including weekends and holidays for LumberKings games and non-LumberKings events including: high school and college baseball games and any off-day stadium events.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: This is a year round position. Salary will be based on experience
