Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a daycare setting
- Ensure the well-being and welfare of each child in your care
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
Requirements:
- No experience required to apply for Assistant Teacher, but must be willing to complete training for certification.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or daycare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
