Retail Site Analyst
Keep Finances on Track
- Verify daily, weekly, and monthly financial paperwork from retail sites.
- Complete and reconcile lottery invoices, food cost reports, and retail site transactions.
- Process accounts payable for unpaid invoices and manage coupon reconciliation.
Support Retail & Franchise Operations
- Ensure accurate sales reporting to external franchisors.
- Assist in testing new financial software and system updates.
- Troubleshoot data stream issues between retail sites and corporate systems.
Maintain Accuracy & Efficiency
- Create and update process documentation for all job functions.
- Train team members to ensure continuity in case of absence.
- Work closely with Retail & Operations teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Additional duties assigned by manager as needed.
Skills & Traits:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software (PDI preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience & Education (any of the following):
- 1 year as a Convenience Store Manager OR
- 2 years as an Assistant Store Manager OR
- 2 years of College coursework in Accounting or equivalent experience
