What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at CLIQ?
Principal Responsibilities include:
- Answer and screen phone calls on a multi- line telephone system, transfer calls to the appropriate parties or take and relay messages
- Retrieve voicemail and distribute messages appropriately and timely
- Exercises discretion and interpretive judgment in frequent and sometimes challenging contact with callers
- Meet and greet visitors ensuring that they sign in and out of the visitor log. Locate the employee they are seeking and if needed provide them with a badge
- Process mail and courier packages daily
- Place order for office supplies on a regular basis and distribute these. Organize and maintain storage and office supply areas
- Handle projects as assigned by team members quickly and accurately
- Maintain conference room schedules and the company phone list
- Ensure the reception area and lobby presents a welcoming and clean environment on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 year’s previous experience as a Receptionist in an office environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred
- Basic working knowledge of routine office equipment and machines, such as copier, scanner, fax, postage machine
- Communicate effectively and professionally at all times
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bi- Lingual English/Spanish
