Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Unpacking and processing new merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Modeling on social media is required
Skills
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Strong phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and retail math applications.
- Experience in luxury retail sales with a proven track record of upselling products.
- Photoshop, graphic design & photography experience is a bonus
- Ability to use all social media platforms
