Clive Behavioral Health

Clive Behavioral Health West opened in February 2021 with 100 inpatient beds for adult, child & adolescent patients experiencing a severe behavioral health crisis. Care at this location focuses on crisis management, stabilization and development of a plan to return to community living with, if needed, supportive outpatient services and community services and resources.

Qualifications

Director of Billings/Collections

The Business Office Director is responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the Business Office to include an accurate, timely and consistent performance of all functions pertaining to patient accounting, including patient account maintenance, billing and collection management, admissions processing, and accounts receivable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:   Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field Required, with certification through HFMA or AEPAM (CMPA or CPAM); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters Degree Preferred

Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience in a multi-faceted business office preferably in a health-care setting, with two (2) years supervisory/management experience preferred.

Additional Requirements:   Experience with computers and business software programs, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Experience with Insurance BIlling in a health setting required.
