What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Clive Daniel Home?
Clive Daniel Home is looking for a Warehouse Specialist who is charismatic, personable, and energetic. The position requires performance in various areas of the showroom.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Utilize picklist and pull for transfers and deliveries
- Process in-bound and outbound freight
- Assist with inventory control
- White glove delivery service
- Reticketing merchandise/price changes
- Support customers for a positive experience and delivery in rug department
- Utilize reports for inventory
- Consistently interact with our clients in a professional and courteous manor.
- Communicate with team members, management and designers
- Handle furniture meticulously to avoid damages
- Hang and install artwork in store and at delivery locations
- Responsible for building maintenance
- Moving fragile items
- Cleaning floors and other surfaces
- Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Minimum 1 year in Inventory control
- Customer service skills
- Mid to high level computer competency and skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
- Can consistently lift, move, push/pull rugs, bedding, and furniture of all sizes in excess of 100lbs.
