Floor Technician : Full and Part-time positions available.

Floor Technician Salary :         $15.00 per hour.

Floor Technician Shifts :          7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, and 3pm-11pm Shifts. Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

Our Environmental Services Department is seeking experienced  Floor Technicians   for long term care nursing facility in Philadelphia, PA . The Floor Technician performs routine floor care, scrubbing, extracting, refreshing, and buffing of floor services while maintaining cleanliness and standard safety protocols.

Floor Technician Key Duties

  • Maintains all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing though out the facility.
  • Properly and safely operate various pieces of equipment such as extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, steam machine.
  • Maintains equipment in good working condition and stores properly in designated location after each use.
  • Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

    • Floor Technician Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • 1-2 years long-term care of healthcare experienced preferred.
  • Must have verbal and written communication skills.
