- Oversee business operations.
- Manage and track time and attendance, organizational training, and IT human capital management.
- Supervise logistics and facilities management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage and provide oversight on administrative support functions, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Develop and implement business strategies to support organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high performance and accountability.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership on operational performance and project outcomes.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly desired.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive team success.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- The pay range for this position varies based on geographic location to reflect local market conditions.
