Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on strategic IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Apply expertise to multiple complex work assignments, providing strategic solutions and recommendations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple and shifting priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as a key advisor to leadership on strategic planning and workforce development initiatives.
- Monitor project performance and recommend adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly desired.
- Proficiency in business process development and improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- The pay range for this position varies based on geographic location to reflect local market conditions.
- Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
