Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
- Oversee and manage teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations, ensuring high performance and effective task execution.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manpower and resource management within ADHCA.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders, maintaining and managing client interface.
- Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program task schedules.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, government regulations, and company standards.
- Monitor and track project performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly desired.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive team success.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
