Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance on policy proposals and program documents.
- Maintain and manage client relationships at the senior levels of the client organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program task schedules.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee and manage team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement corrective actions to meet performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and project success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating clear communication.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of policy development and program management.
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and drive team success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.

- The pay range for this position varies based on geographic location to reflect local market conditions.
- Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
