What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Community Housekeeper position at CLK Multifamily Management?
CLK Multi Family Management, a well-established and growing real estate company is currently looking for a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper is responsible for general housekeeping of each vacant unit that needs to be turned for market ready. This includes, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning of sinks, bathrooms, floors, etc. Other duties include the upkeep and housekeeping of common areas, such as, laundry facilities, offices, restrooms and the apartment show unit. The Housekeeper also assists with snow removal when necessary.
