Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Supporting the overall day-to-day operations of the company
· Support policies, procedures, and systems to always ensure a safe and healthy environment in compliance with the company's standards.
· Participates responsibly in marketing and special events including open house, school events, etc.
· Supports change required for continual compliance, improvement, and success of the school.
· Recruits, hires, orients, trains, supervises, observes, and evaluates staff along with the School Director.
· Manages, supports, and follows budget in compliance with Franchisee guidelines.
· Represents the company to public, community, parents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and integrity.
· Attends/participates in meetings and trainings as directed.
· Consistently follows through with all duties and responsibilities as assigned in a competent and timely manner.
· Day to day operations in compliance with the quality standards of the company.
· Assumes major responsibility for staff schedule, labor budget, and staff file compliance.
· Wise productive use of time.
· Able to accept and handle change.
· Accepts instruction and direction in appropriate manner.
· Able to work flexible hours between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm.

The Assistant Director reports to the School Director.
Salary : $34,000 - $38,000
