Digital Media Buyer
CLM Marketing & Advertising is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising and analytics.
Responsibilities
Digital Media Buying and Optimization
- Plan, place and negotiate digital media for clients on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
- Manage the end-to-end process of media buying, including ad placement, bidding and budget allocation and track spending
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, site traffic, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creative, ad copy, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Research new industry trends and emerging digital advertising platforms.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital media buying
Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms
- Work with data and analytics team to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing department or advertising agency
- General understanding of standard digital advertising tactics, including display, remarketing, search, video, CTV, etc.
- Ability to stay informed about emerging digital media trends and adapt to evolving advertising technologies.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a plus.
- Google ads certification, Meta Blueprint certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a bonus.
