Senior Account Manager | Plano, TX | Up to $160k Bonus
The Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote the brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will come in with experience working with Tier 1 Telecommunication and Data Center customers and be well versed across this market including their unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Work with key tier 1 accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
- Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts.
- Understand full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts.
- Act as strategic market expert finding new areas of opportunities within existing accounts while also finding new business within telecom and data center markets.
Qualifications
- 4 years of Direct Sales experience at Tier 1 Telecom Operators
- Strong technical background with knowledge in telecom DC Power Systems, Generators, Cabinets, Batteries, etc.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
