About the Client and Role

Join a leading Semiconductor company as a Senior Sales Account Executive, where you will play a critical role in executing strategic sales and marketing plans for key customers. Collaborating closely with the Regional Director / Sales VP, the sales team, and various corporate functional teams, you will be instrumental in maintaining and supporting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management :

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact for all account management matters.
  • Resolve production planning, logistics, purchasing, and financial services issues for customers.
  • Manage customer requests, track die loading, and support factory die attainment efforts.
  • Address expired or excess material disposition and track complaint resolutions.
  • Provide comprehensive customer reporting and respond promptly to inquiries.

Internal Support :

  • Maintain and update forecasting systems with accurate customer data (volumes, pricing, codes, etc.).
  • Conduct monthly reviews of forecasts to ensure precision and relevancy.
  • Communicate forecast trends to sales and management teams effectively.
  • Offer accurate demand insights for operations planning and execution.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable reconciliation.
  • Sales Support :

  • Collaborate with the sales team on annual operating plan (AOP) planning, forecasting, and preparing quotations.
  • Ensure alignment of pricing systems with customer quotations.
  • Share insights on customer needs and volume potential to support sales efforts.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), participating as necessary.
  • Assist in corporate initiatives and other strategic projects.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a related field.
  • A college degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and a results-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven capabilities in establishing and nurturing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
