About the Client and Role
Join a leading Semiconductor company as a Senior Sales Account Executive, where you will play a critical role in executing strategic sales and marketing plans for key customers. Collaborating closely with the Regional Director / Sales VP, the sales team, and various corporate functional teams, you will be instrumental in maintaining and supporting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management :
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact for all account management matters.
- Resolve production planning, logistics, purchasing, and financial services issues for customers.
- Manage customer requests, track die loading, and support factory die attainment efforts.
- Address expired or excess material disposition and track complaint resolutions.
- Provide comprehensive customer reporting and respond promptly to inquiries.
