Qualifications/Requirements
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated to work independently
· Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Must be able to travel with limited evenings if/when needed
· Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
· Experience in the post-acute world or with assisted living facilities demonstrating existing knowledge.
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and ERPs
· AMS certified. This will be part of company provided training in the first 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers.
· Promote program to existing customers to expand sales.
· Grow customer base within sales territory.
· Present presentations for training, new sales, family nights, and product demonstrations.
· Provide customer service in coordination with our internal CSR team.
· Run system/programs back-end processes to serve as assistance for Program Director as needed.
Duties
· Utilize CRM to manage accounts and report on activities
· Develop solid knowledge base of product catalog to add value to program
· Deliver exceptional customer support in person, over the phone, and via online meetings
· Collaborate with vendors for in-service support
· Understand customers’ needs and communicate between multiple departments to find appropriate solutions.
