Job Summary
Provide an outstanding customer experience by accurately and efficiently handling the account opening process and processing customer transactions, including account maintenance. Gather all appropriate information to open account and educate account holders on bank products and policies. Complete and keep accurate documentation and records on all accounts. Help customers with problem resolution. Promote MCB’s products and services.
- Always provide excellent customer experiences
- Interview customers requesting to open an account to determine their needs and the appropriate product(s).
- Recommend bank products and services to meet customers’ individual needs
- Collect all required information and documentation
- Enter all information necessary to establish a customer relationship and verify for accuracy
- Prepare all required forms accurately and completely, then review with customer
- Assist customers with problem resolution and escalate as necessary.
- Close accounts
- Answer telephone and respond to inquiries
- Recognize and elevate potential Regulation E disputes
- Order checks for customers
- Process foreign currency requests
- Complete customer transactions accurately
- Identify customers, validate, and cash checks
- Accept cash and checks for deposit, reviewing for any necessary holds
- Process cash withdrawals
- Process loan payments
- Perform specialized tasks such as preparing cashier’s checks, and personal money orders
- Record all transaction promptly and accurately in compliance with bank procedures
- Balance cash drawer at end of each day
- Process work accurately through branch capture in a timely manner
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Identify fraudulent transactions and escalate to supervisor

Education and Qualifications
