Please note: this role is a short term contract position from April - November 2025. *This is a US based, remote position* What You’ll Do Assisting to define the functional requirements for new features and conceptualizing, prototyping, wireframing, and executing new and existing features for our core and addon products, with accuracy and in accordance with Simpro policies and procedures Leads their team as the UX design authority, advocating for the user, and be the expert of insights by regularly running required research with users Works closely with the Product Team, Tech Lead and Designer in their team/s to understand trade-offs and reach agreed solutions Coach and mentor other team members What You’ll Bring Prior experience in designing user interfaces and user experience for web and/or mobile applications Work closely with the development team with respect to all the activities which can affect the UI/UX solution (design, build, testing and implementation) Ability to turn your ideas and wireframes into polished, production ready designs and then implement them in code Experience with design software such as Figma HTML, CSS/SASS and Javascript skills advantageous Good levels of communication - both written and verbal Enthusiasm and an interest in all things technology Minimum 2 years experience designing and building UI/UX for web and/or mobile applications Core values required of all Simpro, AroFlo, BigChange & ClockShark employees: We Are One Team We Are Customer Centric We Are Growth Minded We Are Accountable We Celebrate Success Simpro, AroFlo, BigChange & ClockShark are equal opportunity employers with a best-of-class onboarding program and supportive team environments.
