A retail company in the Back Bay area of Boston looking to hire a Benefits Specialist on a permanent basis.

The person in this position will focus on benefits administration for internal employees. This work will include a high-volume of workers compensation work, leave of absence work, and FMLA work.

This in an on-site position! Local candidates only please.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years experience administering benefits programs
  • Experience working specifically with LOA and Workers Comp
