A retail company in the Back Bay area of Boston looking to hire an HR Generalist on a permanent basis.


The person in this position will focus on filling high-volume retail positions (10 roles each week) as well as some other HR work when needed (onboarding, new hire orientation, administration, performance management, etc.)


This in an on-site position! Local candidates only please.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Some exposure to HR work outside of recruiting
