A company based on Martha's Vineyard (island in Massachusetts) is looking to hire a long-term temporary HR Representative / Recruiter.

The primary focus of this role will be managing and executing a continuous high-volume recruiting project designed to meet hiring demand for peak season on the island. This Recruiter will continue to source, screen, and hire candidates to backfill open roles throughout the season. The Recruiter will also play a key role in coordinating, tracking, and overseeing onboarding, background checks, training, credentialing, travel arrangements, and housing arrangements for hired employees.
