About the role:
· Assist in planning and executing global conferences and trade shows
· Systematize and complete routine documentation
· Organize and prioritize global sales activities
· Maintain marketing paraphernalia
· Ensure accurate report data within the CRM
· Execute ongoing tasks as needed
· Email on behalf of senior management
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is highly desirable
· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
· Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
· A positive and solution-oriented attitude
· Reliable method of transportation for executive errands
· Excellent written communication skills
· Eager to learn the basic technology and advantages of Cloeren’s products
