We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Supervisor
Summary :
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the Contract Fulfillment team, which process all orders that come through the MTP and GYR plant by utilizing internal systems. The OES will also ensure the team provide excellent customer service, while maintaining positive working relationships with external customers and internal associates.
Responsibilities / Principal Duties :
- Primary point of expediting and escalation requests
- First stop for process and procedure questions and issues
- Drive expansion of proactive selling and alternates program
- Work with Manager and other departments to solve problems and improve efficiency
- Identify and drive improvements to systems and processes to enhance customer experience
- Assist with maintaining accurate time and attendance records
