We have an excellent opportunity for Part Time Financial Assistant at our Mountaintop, PA manufacturing location.
Summary:
This part time position is responsible for performing various aspects of credit, debit & credit memos, sales tax and credit references and payment forms. Approx. 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities/Principal Duties:
- Coordinate and complete sales tax exemptions in Vertex
- Review and assist with debit & credit memo requests
- Assist with credit applications and credit references daily
- Complete any customer requested billing forms, including lien releases, requisition forms, etc.
- Complete any other Accounting related tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Four or more years of experience in Billing in the Manufacturing or Construction industry required.
- Associates degree in Accounting or higher is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Candidate must also show good discipline in their work efforts to ensure a high level of accuracy in results.
- Proficient computer skills including Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
