We currently have an opening for a National Account Manager for our Holmes Brand. In this position you will:
- Ensure focus on and growth of all major Holmes customers.
- Identify key prospective customers and/or new business opportunities. Make recommendations and develop action plans to land new business.
- Manage and direct a Holmes sales force to:
- Achieve budgeted sales, operational, and financial goals.
- Grow existing customers and develop new business.
- Keep departmental expenses under budget.
- Effectively manage all Holmes customers.
- Effectively interact with other Clopay business functions to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, implement process improvements, and improve operational metrics.
- Foster a “consultative selling style” within our sales organization that deeply entrenches Clopay within our retail partners.
- Develop solid “bench strength” and future leaders for the Sales Organization and Clopay Building Products.
- Develop and execute action plans related to underperforming customers, business segments, regions and/or markets.
- Design and recommend short-and-long term sales driving strategies.
- Evaluate and implement key initiatives to increase sales volume and improve Clopay profits.
- Act as National “Project Leader” for all major sales driving initiatives.
- Submit monthly report highlighting sales results, status on major initiatives, new business opportunities, competitive activity, etc.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience plus education.
- 7-10 years industry or industry related experience.
- Must be willing to travel regularly.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Above average communication skills.
