We currently have an opening for a National Account Representative for our Holmes Brand. In this position you will:
- Support Holmes National Sales Manager in managing retail programs and driving sales initiatives within the Holmes brand.
- Plan and execute participation in national COOP and major account show events. Facilitate sales with existing customers and develop new account prospects and leads.
- Manage the installation of Holmes displays and garage door marketing presentations within customer locations. Work with marketing to refine existing sales tools and to develop/evaluate new support materials.
- Conduct training seminars (millwork, sales, etc…) which facilitate understanding of product, pricing and the use of sales tools. Develop the plan, build the displays, set up the class and conduct the presentation.
- Offer training and guidance to Holmes’ customer service team so they can effectively execute the various price authorizations, account programs, merchandising tools and policies specific to the Holmes brand and or Holmes accounts.
- Exploit opportunities to improve Holmes’ profit and increasing sales through R&A reduction, margin enhancement, EDU mix trade-up and program incentives. Maximize efficiency while minimizing travel and expenses necessary to support the business.
- Travel and meet with our retail partners and customers as necessary to maintain and build relationships while fulfilling service needs and driving sales.
- Home based position – must live within northern U.S. regions (Mid-West to Northeast).

Qualifications:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience plus education.
- Minimum of 2 years servicing and/or managing a major retail account.
- Must be willing to travel regularly.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Above average communication skills.
