We have an excellent opportunity for a Transportation Customer Experience Representative Il, in our Troy, Ohio facility. This is hybrid position. The schedule will be first shift working Sunday thru Thursday.
In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:
- Will be a primary point of contact for scheduling delivery appointments to Clopay accounts on behalf of the carrier network.
- Responsible for making sure appointments are input properly in the TMS system.
- Works with carriers to make sure load pick-ups and deliveries are occurring in the proper time frame.
- Will be the Sunday point of contact for all weekend shipment status updates and customer contact.
- Works hand in hand with the Shipping department to identify load completion times.
- Work with load tracking system to verify arrival times satisfy the appointment times provided to customers.
- Support and act as backup for the scheduling team, customer experience team, and job site coordinator
- Other duties as assigned.
A high school degree or equivalent is required along with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
Associates or higher degree preferred.
Strong computer skills are required including Word and Excel.
Experience with Oracle and Smartsheets is a plus.
