Position: Kids Corner Program Assistant Location: 707 S. Hwy 33 Suite 20 Cloquet, MN Hourly Rate: $15.85 - $18.35, PLUS monthly bonuses! Benefits:
- No weekends
- Paid ESST (Earned Sick and Safe Time), personal, and vacation days
- Retirement package
- Opportunity for full-time hours during the summer and on non-school days
- Part-time during the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kids Corner Coordinator and Program Manager in the daily operation of the program.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all children and staff.
- Actively engage with children in various activities, helping to plan and prepare for high-quality programs.
- Supervise staff and uphold policies/procedures in the absence of the Coordinator and Program Manager.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Experience supervising staff or working with children in a program setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Time management, planning, and organizational abilities
- A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to the well-being of children
