Job Summary
Primarily provides assessment assistance in the determination of patients likely to benefit from treatments in the Wound Care Center. Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles patient intake and discharge processes as assigned and according to the hospital and nursing standards. May also serve as Case Manager to a group of patients as assigned. Collaborates as needed with other healthcare providers, wound care center providers, the Clinical Program Director and clinic staff regarding clinic and patient needs.
Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred. Wound care experience preferred. Current licensure by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred. BLS (Basic Life Support).
Wage
