Position Overview
We are looking for on-call Aircraft Maintenance Technicians in the Laredo area. This is a contractor position for technicians with an A&P license who are willing to work on an as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Embraer 175, Embraer 145, Airbus A319, as well as some cargo and corporate jets.
- Diagnose, repair, and return aircraft to service in a timely manner.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, responding to on-call maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
Requirements
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License (Required).
- Experience in aircraft maintenance (Required).
- Willingness to work on an on-call basis.
- Own tools required for the job.
- Reliable transportation.
