Position Overview:
As a Customer Service and Event Sales Representative, you will be the face of Splash at both in-store interactions and various sales events. Your role will involve assisting customers, providing product information, answering questions, and supporting them through the purchase process. You will also contribute to event sales efforts by driving participation and helping achieve sales goals while ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, both in-store and at sales events.
- Answer customer questions, provide product details, and guide them through the purchase journey.
- Actively engage in event sales by promoting products, encouraging purchases, and helping customers find what they need.
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and address issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, whether in person or during events.
- Assist with event preparation and logistics to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment during events and in-store.
- Address customer feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required, although previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy setting like sales events.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet sales and customer service goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
