What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAREGIVER needed for possible OVERNIGHT SHIFT position at Close To Home Caregivers - Sarasota, FL?
We are a caregiving agency run by caregivers. We know the challenges (and gratification) of caring for people who can’t care for themselves. So, we make every effort to find a good fit for our caregivers – shifts they want, clients with whom they are comfortable. Because if our caregivers are happy, our clients are going to be happy.
We are currently looking for a caregiver available for overnight shifts with an older woman. Our potential client lives at home but is greatly weakened by cancer and needs help getting in and out of bed, and potentially with bathing and toileting. We will know in about one week if the client is going ahead with a 24/7 caregiving schedule...and we need to have one or more CGs willing to wait so that they can begin immediately when she is ready. If you are interested, we can meet for an interview and to fill out application paperwork in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot hire you if you don't have a reliable vehicle for transportation to shifts, or if you have had a felony.
Wage: $17.00/hour
