What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seeking Caregivers for 8-10-12-hour Shifts position at Close To Home Caregivers - Sarasota, FL?

We are currently seeking dedicated Caregivers to fill longer shifts as they become available in the general Sarasota-Bradenton area. Some of our shifts are in the client's home, some are in assisted living facilities. They can range from:
- serving as a companion (monitoring their condition, helping with meal prep, light housekeeping, etc.) ...
- to providing assistance with mobility and personal tasks such as bathing, dressing and incontinence care.
- Occasionally you might be asked to accompany the client to appointments or outings as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in caregiving preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients and their families.
- Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation necessary.
