An innovative US-based company engineered a bot that helps customers achieve high-accuracy lead qualification. We are revolutionizing how users interact with AI chat through our drag-and-drop style automation builder, reducing AI distractions and making the process of generating prompts more dynamic and efficient.
With a strong back-end team in place, they are looking for a UI / UX Designer to join them full-time. Your main task will be to transform initial wireframes into designs in Figma that closely align with our brand identity and product features.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the product lead to understand the desired functionality and behavior of the automation builder.
Analyze and optimize the existing wireframes to enhance user experience, ensuring the final designs align with the company's brand identity.
Create new wireframes to show new features.
Create detailed designs in Figma based on the provided wireframes and functionality comments, focusing on UI optimization.
Work closely with our front-end developer to ensure the designs are workable and can be translated into functional user interfaces.
Participate in meetings with the product lead to discuss design concepts, receive feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
Main requirements :
You have at least five years of experience working as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio of projects and web applications
You have excellent hands-on experience in Figma and a good understanding of design principles.
You are able to interpret wireframes and transform them into visually appealing and functional designs.
You have previous coding experience or an understanding of coding principles, which is preferred to facilitate effective communication with the development team regarding the feasibility of design implementations.
You are demanding a high-quality design.
You are proactive and can bring up creative ideas.
You have a high level of self-management and proficiency in delivering tasks efficiently.
