A primary responsibility of our Escrow Officer will be coordinating and conducting real estate closings for clients in the Cookeville area.

Skills required:
- Coordinate and conduct real estate closings
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Create memorable closing experiences
- Review title commitments
- Satisfy title requirements
- Balance CDs and coordinate with lenders
- Provide the highest level of client responsiveness to title questions
- Review signed closing packages for accuracy
