A primary responsibility of our Escrow Officer will be coordinating and conducting real estate closings for clients in the Chattanooga area.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced escrow officers in the area with a book of business to bring to CLOSED. CLOSED is OPEN to paying commissions to escrow officers to boost your pay above our base salary range of 50-65k.

Skills required:
- Coordinate and conduct real estate closings
- Build and maintain client relationships

- Review title commitments
- Satisfy title requirements
- Balance CDs and coordinate with lenders
- Provide the highest level of client responsiveness to title questions
- Review signed closing packages for accuracy
