CloseKnit is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Operational Finance Manager. This role is pivotal in helping to drive financial strategies, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and contributing to the overall success of the Care Delivery organization. The successful candidate will lead the financial planning analysis and activities, lead financial reporting initiatives to provide reporting to the Care Delivery and CareFirst leadership teams, lead pricing strategy and analysis for each service offering, and be involved in the planning and consolidation of financial systems for Care Delivery. This position reports to the Head of Finance
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• May include supervision of other financial resources as the Care Delivery Organization expands
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Interact with CareFirst Financial Planning and Analysis organization on monthly all activities
• Work collaboratively with the accounting team on monthly close activities
• Provide leadership to implement budgeting and forecasting tools in NetSuite
• Develop pricing models and analysis for healthcare services in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. An additional four years of relevant work experience is required in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
At least three years of related experience is required.
Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred.
Salary : $125,000
