Position Overview:
We are looking to bring on an energetic and driven Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the sales and insurance industry. As a Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working directly with the Director of National Sales. This role is ideal for individuals looking to get started in sales and the title insurance industry. You’ll be involved in supporting sales activities, managing client communications, organizing meetings, and helping with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to learn about title insurance, real estate transactions, and sales strategies. With time, there’s great potential for career advancement into a sales position within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director and the Customer Service team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating client communications.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Handle customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Help with tracking leads, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives and clients.
- Organize and manage sales-related documentation and reports.
- Support the team with various tasks related to sales campaigns and business development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus, but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, mortgage or closing and escrow is a plus, but not required.
