Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
Make daily calls (100 ) to engage with customers and close sales.
Assist customers in selecting automotive parts and completing their purchases.
Contribute to monthly revenue goals by driving sales.
Attend daily morning meetings and keep CRM systems up to date.
Manage team and administrative tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in product-driven sales with a strong track record.
Passionate about the automotive industry.
Comfortable working in-person at our South San Francisco facility.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Compensation:
The base salary is $48,750 per year, with commission ranging from $30,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on performance. The on-target earnings (OTE) are between $78,000 and $98,000 per year, with top earners making $120,000 to $150,000. The position also includes PTO, a 401(k) plan, and additional benefits.
