The Role : We’re seeking an appointment setter to join our team, focusing on setting high-value conversations for our sales executive team. You will engage with warm prospects, understand their unique needs, and connect them with business coaching that can transform their lives. In this role, you’ll quickly build trust and guide prospects to the next steps in their entrepreneurial journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct 110-130 outbound dials per day to warm leads interested in business coaching.
- Build rapport and generate excitement, guiding prospects to a booked call with our Closer team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up with past prospects to reignite interest.
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to educate clients.
- Provide a best-in-class client experience, aiming to exceed monthly KPIs.
