This is a highly consultative, in-office sales role focused on helping clients confidently invest in private multi-family real estate opportunities. As a key player in their mission-driven company, you'll guide prospects to invest at a $100,000 price point.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound leads and conduct consultative sales calls with qualified prospects.
- Present the companys investment opportunities, handling objections with expertise.
- Close deals ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 , maintaining a compliance-first approach.
- Ensure a world-class client experience while meeting performance standards.
