We are searching for full-time Installation Trainees that are motivated, organized, and have a desire to provide an excellent customer experience while learning a craft.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
Valid Drivers license and clean driving record Required
Experience in installation and / or carpentry required
Basic understanding of hand tools and drills
Basic understanding of computer programs - Microsoft Office 365, payment Apps, scanning Apps, and scheduling tools
Ability to consistently lift >
50lbs
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Assist the Lead Installer with the installation of custom design systems in the customers home
Drive company vehicles to and from warehouse and worksites
Follow the Closet America processes and procedures to adhere to quality standards
Become a crucial part of a team while learning the Closet America craft
Complete paperwork with customer and collect final payment
Other duties as assigned
